We all know that Stress is the cause of many Dis-eases. How do you know?
We have 3 types of stress.
- Physical Stress like physical injuries or pain in the body etc..
- Chemical Stress like Diabetes, Hormone related illnesses etc..
- Emotional Stress like trauma, depression, anxiety etc..
No matter which type of stress you have, it throws body out of homeostasis and balance! This stress can becomes toxin for the body and start creating Diseases.
Every stress generates fight or flight response in the body and once the stress is over the Body can concentrate again on Repair and Growth but we, humans have extra intelligence then animals so we can trigger that Stress response in body by just thinking about it or imagining a horrific scenario.
These dose of constant actual and imagine stress keep creating toxin and that get stored in our body and its Organs hence the Organs (Engine of the body) get imbalanced and cannot do its job efficiently! This doesn’t just stop there as the organs imbalance impacts the tissues, muscles, nerves, bones and structure around it. Each organ are supporting other organs to do its job properly so if one can’t work proper then the other also have an impact of it and the cycle of imbalance creates the Disease and Pain in the Body.
Body gives us clue in form of discomfort feeling or pain but we keep masking it with medicines until it gets unbearable! If you just get looked at the part of the body where the pain is then you will not addressing the root cause and the symptoms will not get resolved permanently.

We cannot eliminate stress completely but we can give body the time when it can Repair and Rebalance. Practice Meditation daily and do something that you enjoy like hobby or sports or fun with the family. Have some ‘Me-time’ regularly.
